Crossing Borders Communications will provide professional environmental documentation writing and document review support service for the coho restoration program in mid-Columbia tributaries during 2007 (1996-040-00 YN COHO RESTORATION MID-COLUMBIA).  Environmental documentation is an integral part of a large project such as this and requires both conceptual and broad collection and analysis of information from a variety of sources using techniques such as literature review, direct or mail interview, mechanical or visual monitoring.  All environmental documents shall be prepared pursuant to the provisions of NEPA, ESA, and other applicable statutes and ordinances and regulations of the Federal, state, and local agencies with environmental regulatory responsibilities and authority and related guidelines and regulations. The contractor will provide project support/assistance to BPA staff and Yakama Nation project managers in order to facilitate Master Plan development and annual reporting.
